Harvard Pilgrim Health Care is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our organization as a CRM & Marketing Automation Consultant. Data-driven, digital marketing expert needed to help support the initiatives of the in-house agency. Dives into new technology and stays abreast of the latest marketing technology trends, especially as it relates to CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics. Uses a data-centric approach as well as strategic insights to provide campaign recommendations and development.
Developing marketing requirements and actively driving the implementation of the Dynamics CRM system.
Building segmented, targeted lists, generating digital campaigns, and pulling reporting using the CRM, data extracts, marketing automation tools and Google Analytics.
Responsible for marketing automation suite inclusive of email marketing capabilities; expectation is to be fully proficient in responsive, HTML design, email testing, cross-browser capabilities, and deliverability best practices.
Building personalization and segmentation capabilities using SQL queries, lead-score modeling and database management practices.
Enhancing marketing offerings with data and technology expertise as it relates to CRM systems, marketing automation capabilities, customer journey mapping, campaign development and customer personalization.
Ensuring database integrity and marketing campaign compliance through GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other legal and privacy regulations.
Working with CRM admin team to implement integrations between our CRM and other marketing tools, including marketing automation, email marketing, CMS, and workflow management software.
Act as a system admin for workflow and DAM solutions, providing technical knowledge and support on Single Sign-On (SSO) setup, API interface setup and system diagnostics reports.
Collaborating with Marketing departments, IT, as well as other departments within the company to drive towards and support a data-centric organization.

Other duties and projects as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. CRM/Marketing Automation Certified preferred.
A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in marketing function required.
Must be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL queries.
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Google Analytics.
Proficient business user of Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and Marketing Automation software (including email campaigns, mobile - both text messaging and push notifications).
Demonstrate skills to be a strong quality assurance resource for the company's digital marketing initiatives.
